After six months in the mental hospital, Olivia Chen was finally released.

Shivering in the cold wind in her thin clothes, her pale face covered in horrific scars, she limped as Ethan Shaw's bodyguards roughly pushed her out of the car.

Her fiancé Ethan Shaw was standing in front of a grave.

Seeing Olivia's pitiful state, Ethan's face darkened instantly. He viciously kicked Olivia's knee, snarling in disgust: "You drove Sophie to her death, you should go to hell! How dare you act pitiful in front of me?"

As if she had any right to act pitiful anymore.

Olivia explained bitterly, "Ethan, I didn't do it."

Ethan slapped her hard across the face, shouting angrily: "Don't call me Ethan, it's disgusting!"

Her left cheek stung fiercely and her ear went momentarily deaf.

Olivia couldn't hear what he was saying, she could only stare at him blankly, somehow understanding his meaning.

She wasn't worthy of calling him Ethan anymore.

But the young Ethan had once begged her for a long time to call him by this intimate nickname.

Olivia couldn't help but tear up.

This innocent look instantly enraged Ethan. He grabbed Olivia's hair and dragged her in front of Sophie's gravestone, forcing her to look at the photo.

"Olivia Chen, open your eyes and look clearly at what this is!"

"If you hadn't been so narrow-minded and resentful of Sophie, how could she have died? You're a sinner who deserves to be executed!"

"You still have the nerve to act pitiful in front of me? Olivia Chen, are you worthy?"

No, she wasn't.

Olivia stared hard at that photo.

The gray smiling face seemed to be mocking her and Ethan's relationship of over 20 years, piercing her heart painfully. An immense sorrow also welled up.

Everyone in the city knew how much Ethan Shaw loved Olivia Chen.

Since childhood, he had fought for her, gotten injured for her, been jealous for her, acted like a fool for her, even climbed through her window at midnight to declare he only wanted to marry Olivia in this life... For over 20 years he had done all kinds of outrageous things, shocking the entire city.

Later Sophie Lin appeared with her mission to win Ethan's heart.

Ethan had publicly humiliated Sophie, calling her lowly.

Whenever Sophie caused Olivia even the slightest grievance, Ethan would repay it tenfold, even nearly killing Sophie at one point.

Everyone was moved by Ethan and Olivia's love.

But when news of Sophie's death came, Ethan who had always despised Sophie went mad.

Learning that Olivia had met with Sophie before her fatal car accident, Ethan directly blamed Sophie's death on Olivia. He personally sent her to a mental hospital, letting her suffer endless torment there.

Olivia had once sent Ethan a plea for help.

But Ethan was busy searching for Sophie's body, crying bitterly for her, drinking in remorse for her.

Later, when Olivia was dragged into the bathroom and assaulted by the mental patients, she finally managed to call Ethan after two of her fingers were broken.

What she got was Ethan's cold response: "If you want to die then hurry up and die."

Those lunatics became even more excited after hearing that.

They used the most vicious methods to destroy Olivia's uterus, causing massive internal bleeding that left her permanently incontinent. Her body was covered in horrific wounds and her right leg was crippled.

Tears blurred her eyes, washing away her last shred of feeling for Ethan.

It was that night of suffering worse than death that awakened Olivia.

As long as Ethan hurt her six more times for Sophie's sake, her memories and existence would be formatted by this world, severing all ties with Ethan.

Snapping back to reality, Ethan coldly ordered his bodyguards: "Make her kowtow 100 times to repent for her sins!"

The bodyguards forcefully pressed Olivia's hands down, making her forehead slam loudly against Sophie's gravestone.

After just a few times, her forehead was split open and bleeding.

As her vision blurred, Olivia smiled tragically and murmured, "Five more times left."

Soon she would fulfill Ethan's wish.
