A Venomous Roommate Chapter 2

The next day happened to be the weekend.

Bob had just swaggered out of our dorm room when the RA tried to catch him, but he managed to run away.

The RA started screaming in the hallway, demanding to know which girl had zero self-respect and brought a man into the dorms to sleep with.

All the girls peeked out of their rooms, covering their mouths in shock, exchanging bewildered looks.

The RA's own daughter had gone through a similar scandal before, so she absolutely despised girls who didn't respect themselves.

She was incredibly strict; even missing curfew resulted in a write-up, let alone bringing a man back to sleep in the dorm.

Looking at the silent students, the RA roared furiously, "Who did this stupid thing?! Step forward right now, or the consequences will be ten times worse when I find out who it is!"

Lily could barely stand. Her face was deathly pale.

She had gotten away with hooking up in the bamboo grove and other places before. Why was her luck so bad this time?

The next second, her eyes locked onto me.

She quickly dragged me back into our room and dropped to her knees.

"Chloe, I'm begging you! When she asks, just say he only came into our room to sleep, and nothing happened!"

"You know that if I get caught messing around with guys, I'll lose my scholarship!"

She said the exact same thing in our past life, and I was soft-hearted enough to cover for her.

And what did I get? She stabbed me in the back, claiming she was the one covering for me.

I was spat on by everyone, bullied relentlessly by my classmates.

The faceless video was attributed to me and uploaded to porn sites, and even sent to all our class group chats.

Some of the construction workers near the school got my address and phone number from the doxxing, harassing me and my family constantly.

I got on my knees and literally kowtowed to her, begging her to explain that she was the girl in the video, not me.

Instead, she slapped me and kicked me in the kneecaps.

"Who told you to be so stupid? I told you to help me and you just did it?! It's hilarious. Don't bother thanking me for making you famous, by the way!"

My thoughts snapped back to the present. Our positions were reversed now.

I looked down at the woman kneeling in front of me, a smirk playing on my lips, and nodded. "Okay. I promise you."

Lily froze for a few seconds, then hugged me tightly.

But what she didn't know was that I could see the malicious smile on her face perfectly clearly in the mirror.
