After Lana Truman borrows her colleague Jolene's car for a prenatal check-up, Lana's husband Alaric Ramsey runs a red light while on his phone, causing a crash and Lana's miscarriage. Jolene asks for nothing, yet Lana and Alaric blame her, throw her from her balcony, and claim the wind did it. Jolene wakes to find time rewound to the day Lana asks to borrow the car again.
