Six months after moving into her apartment, a young woman discovers that the fresh milk she pays to have delivered each morning keeps vanishing from her box. A camera reveals the culprit: old Mrs. Davison, her friendly next-door neighbour, who slips out in a mask and takes the bottle in seconds.

Unwilling to confront the elderly woman or call the police over a bottle of milk, she tries to outwit her, but Mrs. Davison knows the camera's blind spots and always strikes first. Her last resort is to switch to cash on delivery, paying the milkman at her door each morning.

Then the building manager arrives with a piece of paper, and four words on it stop her cold.
