Claimed By My Ex Boyfriend's Dad

From the back cover

Laura has loved Liam Stonovich for three years, believing he is about to propose. A text from her cousin's friend Tessa, who works at a jewelry store near his home, confirms it: a ten-carat diamond ring is waiting. Laura leaves her job at the crypto company Cryvex and drives to his apartment on Melrose Avenue, giddy at the thought of becoming Mrs. Stonovich.

But the apartment holds a different scene. Liam is in the shower with another woman, and the ring Laura believed was hers sits on the other woman's finger. She is not his forever, only his rebound.

Shattered, Laura goes to an elite club in L.A. to forget, and meets Shark, also known as Michael Stone, a man who radiates danger. She gives him a lap dance, expecting nothing more, but becomes his obsession. Then she learns the truth: Shark is Liam's father. When enemies attack and secrets surface about who Laura truly is, she is caught among the most dangerous men of the underworld.
