Claimed By My Ex's Dad

From the back cover

My intrusive thoughts took control of my brain before I could stop myself.

"What if I could be the one to replace him?"

Shock crawled all over her face, her eyes questioning if she heard me right. So I say it again.

"How about you take me instead of my son?"

For a split second, her eyes betrayed her. A flicker of something in those big, glassy green eyes of hers. Desire. Need. Confusion. Like she wasn't sure if she wanted to slap me or pull me closer.

Her thighs clapped together, physically trying to shut down whatever dirty thought had just raced through her mind. Her teeth sank into that soft lower lip as she turned away, like I hadn't just seen every single thing written all over her face. Like I didn't already know she wanted me just as badly as I wanted her.

Penelope Crestwood's life has been a mess. No job, no money and no home, but she always thought her boyfriend was the one good thing she had going for her. Not until he ghosted her out of nowhere. Only to discover that the name she knew him by wasn't even his. It was his father's.

And now, the father she never expected is the man who won't let her go.
