A woman receives a game called Three Days and Three Nights from her best friend, Raina, and mistakes it for a premium romance sim. After work she rushes home, puts on her VR headset, and loads the disc, only to wake on a massive bed in an ancient castle overlooking an endless ocean. A crimson slime drips onto her head; she washes it clean, delighted by what she thinks is a free pet, while unseen viewers watch her every move.

A knock brings an exquisitely handsome boy with pale skin, milk-blond curls, crimson eyes and a beauty mark below his right eye. Certain he is her romance target, she proposes to him on the spot, kissing his tentacle and tying a rose-stem bracelet around it. The boy is the game's final boss, and his tentacles coil around her waist as his ears turn red. He tells her the slime child is his and demands it back.

When the cold, aloof pretty boy extended his tentacles, I shyly took one in my hand.

“It’s my first time trying this kind of play… Should we maybe start with a kiss?”

A faint blush colored the boy’s cheeks as he nodded.

But at the final stage, a thick, powerful fishtail coiled around my waist. Trembling, the corrupted final boss leaned down and kissed my lips.

“Why are you trying to run away? Weren’t you the one who said you’d love me forever?”
