Elara Hollingworth and Aiden were sitting in a café.

They looked completely absorbed in each other.

I shoved the door open and stormed inside.

A little bell chimed, slicing through the quiet atmosphere.

My brother’s face went pale with shock. Elara pulled her hand back and looked up at me.

"What are you doing here?"

I managed a weak, fragile smile.

I smiled, playing the part of the magnanimous boyfriend. "It's okay."

His fists were clenched tightly under the table.

He was struggling to hide the pain on his face.
