On Christmas night, a woman roasts a turkey and waits for her boyfriend, Don Carlo Carlione of the Carlione family, to come home. He arrives with a blood-stained coat and tells her family business keeps him away. Hours later, his ex-girlfriend Lucia Caruso posts a photo of herself resting against Carlo under fireworks. The woman only likes the post, then tells him there will be no next Christmas for them.
