Clara is the head of procurement for eight restaurants, and she has kept Frank Vance's seafood warehouse afloat through the off-season with a locked-in order of three hundred thousand dollars a month. When the peak summer season arrives, Frank pushes her to the back of the line, selling her pre-ordered stock to a new client for two dollars less per pound and throwing in free shrimp. He tells her she is just a salaried employee and to buy elsewhere.

Clara terminates the contract and orders all eight locations to reject his deliveries. Her managers split: some back her, Chloe stays silent, and Frank warns that he knows the CEO, Richard, personally. Then Chloe posts an invoice showing she bought from Frank at four dollars cheaper than Clara's quote, and Frank texts Clara to know her place.

Summoned to headquarters, Clara faces Richard, who repeats Frank's claim that she demanded a kickback. With no backup supplier and eight restaurants to feed, she must prove who is really bleeding the company dry.
