When she asks about the account, Finn calls it work and dismisses her as emotional and immature. At the animal rescue base, volunteers greet Sophie as his lady, and Finn introduces Amy to a sponsor only as a friend handling the wedding videography. Meanwhile, a curator confirms Amy's place in a two-year film restoration residency in Portland, a dream she once gave up for the wedding.
Quietly, Amy cancels the vendors, revokes her studio badge, deletes the bride's chair from the seating chart, and accepts the residency. Finn still believes the wedding is on; his bride has already left the stage.

Finn forced my phone down on a busy sidewalk, face carved from ice. "Amy, delete the post. Stop being so desperate for attention." Tears stinging, I deleted our anniversary photo in front of the weekend crowd. Only then did his tension thaw. He sighed and pulled me close. "Be a good girl. We don't need to post online to prove anything."
For three years, his shadow vanished from my social media. Friends asked if I was even dating. I smiled and said he liked privacy. Even our digital wedding invitations next month used only a sunset photo.
