Ten Years of Lies,That Broke Me A Dying Wife's Revenge

From the back cover

For ten years, Moira Swanson has been married to Lionel Dickerson, a celebrated surgeon whose only language is money. Fifty thousand dollars means he will not come home tonight; two hundred thousand means a three-day trip. She tells herself this is normal, until the day she is diagnosed with late-stage stomach cancer and asks him for dinner. Instead of a transfer, she receives a photo and a message from Fay Simmons, the woman who once destroyed her life.

At Lionel's private hospital, Moira finds him with a female intern. She slides her diagnosis report through the door, but Lionel shields the woman and hurls their first photograph at her. When Fay Simmons emerges wearing his shirt, ten years of buried grievances erupt. Lionel strikes Moira, then accuses her of faking her illness, while Fay claims the diagnosis was fabricated for attention.

With her nose bleeding and her body failing, Moira must face the man who once swore to be faithful, and the woman who ruined her, now standing together against her.
