At Ryan's graduation party, surrounded by laughing classmates and a bouquet of roses, Wendy asks which college he applied to. His smile freezes, his eyes dodge, and he refuses to open the application portal. When she mentions Chloe, his expression collapses; he admits he lost a bet with Chloe and applied to A University. In the corner, Liam, the school bully whose wrist carries a black hair tie, stands up and asks Wendy to reconsider him.

As Ryan grabs her wrist and demands she choose him, Wendy must decide whether to believe the warnings from her future self and the boy everyone says hates girls.
