What's in the Container?

From the back cover

Ivy Greendale, chairwoman of the Greendale Group, discovers that her husband Hayden Gibson has vanished with Olivia Hall, the poor college student she sponsored for four years. Floating text only she can see reveals the truth: the two are hiding naked inside a research supply container, and it is about to be sealed and shipped to the Southfrost Reach research station.

When Hayden's assistant Robin tries to block her, Ivy orders the container welded shut and the pre-cooling system switched on, dropping the temperature toward minus four Fahrenheit. She then calls her mother-in-law Karen, promising a surprise Hayden prepared, and tells her to bring the media to the port.

As the compressor roars and the numbers fall, Ivy sits calmly before the welded door, waiting for Karen and the reporters to arrive and unveil the gift herself.
